• After the lesson how will I do the revision?
After every session we will be sending you recorded video of your live lesson that would help you revising the lesson.

• What if we are not computer expert?
You do not need any computer expertise to take lessons only basic familiarity with computer and internet is enough. We have Internal IT departments for fast and efficient support, that will be assisting you through the basic installation of the software and operating.

• Do you only teach Quran?
No, we also teach other courses such as Kalima, Sala’at and Dua's etc.

• What if I am waiting online and my tutor is not there?
QTVtutor.com has a very strict policy to follow the scheduled timings. Please, call us on the number provided or send an email to cs@qtvtutor.com. Strict action will be taken from management to avoid such inconvenience.

• Do I need Credit card information for Trial classes?
No, You are not required to give credit card information for trial lessons.

• What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

• Is there any offline payment method?
Yes, you can make payment with Bank transfer, Check, Money Order and Western Union.

• Do I have to give credit card information to any one?

• What if I want to cancel my classes?
You may cancel your subscription any time by giving 1 months notice.
