Summary

The main objective of this program is to provide a systematic study of Islam to those who have recently embraced it. In addition to the knowledge of Islamic beliefs and practices, the reverts should have some academic understanding of the Qur'an and the Hadith, the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the political and cultural history of Islam, and the lives and works of the Companions. Practically, they should learn how to perform Salat and Hajj, observe Siyam and give Zakat, read and understand the Qur’an, memorize short surahs, and establish a Muslim community.
